Description This webinar will showcase three new multicultural advance care planning (ACP) videos for Latino/Hispanic, Hmong and Somali populations and families. Each video was designed by and for members of each community for intergenerational and culturally respectful use. The videos were specifically designed to acquaint healthcare professionals, families and communities with a broad range of cultural viewpoints while avoiding cultural stereotypes. Participants will view each 6-8 minute video, discuss the breadth of perspectives within each population, and describe how to best use them in personalized clinical and community settings.
