The CMS legacy programs – EHR incentive program (Meaningful Use) for eligible professionals; Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS); and Physician Value-based Payment Modifier (VM) are transitioning to the Quality Payment Program (QPP) in 2017. The QPP is multifaceted program composed of four performance categories – Quality; Improvement Activities; Advancing Care Information; and Cost. Please join Lake Superior Quality Innovation Network’s (QIN) presenters as they highlight what eligible clinicians and their organizations need to do to be successful in this transition year and to prepare for future reporting years.
Chat live with experts from Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin during this online event! The Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and Value-Based Modifier (VBM) program require that eligible professionals submit clinical quality measures (CQMs) as part of meeting yearly reporting requirements. Ask your questions about reporting for the 2016 PQRS performance year at this live chat event.
Learn how to report once using electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) and meet both Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) requirements and the CQM reporting requirement of the Medicare Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program.
