The Award of Excellence is a prestigious program, provided by Superior Health, recognizing health care providers who demonstrate outstanding commitment to improving the quality of care and safety.

How does it work?
- Health care providers working with Superior Health are automatically enrolled into the awards program.
- Participants submit details about the interventions and strategies they implement during the program.
- Superior Health reviews participant data to determine who meets milestones for continuous quality improvement in the six key areas listed above.
An invitation-only ceremony will take place in 2029 to recognize the providers that made outstanding improvements between 2026-2029 in the following six key areas:
- Behavioral Health Outcomes
- Care Transitions
- Chronic Disease Self-Management
- Long-Term Care Quality
- Patient Safety
- Workforce Retention
