Vaccinations

Superior Health works with health care organizations to improve vaccination rates among nursing home staff, residents and Medicare beneficiaries.

Immunizations help our bodies build protection against disease and are incredibly important for our most vulnerable populations, like older adults and the people who care for them. Join Superior Health’s member organizations in contributing locally to national health quality goals.

Our team is comprised of immunization experts ready to help you with COVID-19, influenza and pneumococcal vaccinations. Our goal is to help you:

  • Understand the most up-to-date guidance on immunizations.
  • With the required National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) vaccination reporting for long-term care facilities.
  • Identify a mobile vaccination partner.
  • Find and create resources to improve vaccination readiness.
  • By providing one-on-one technical assistance to understand your population’s specific concerns.
  • Learn strategies to improve quality processes.

For assistance, please email, immunizations@superiorhealthqa.org and a team member will respond.

Current immunization initiatives are available in Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
