Patients & Families
Superior Health Quality Alliance would like to assist you in becoming more confident about making health care decisions and participating more fully in your health care. We aspire to make health care in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin the best in the nation. We collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to make care better for people. To do so, we need your help!
BE HEARD: Share your experiences receiving health services, so we can help providers deliver patient-centered care.
BE ACTIVE: Take part in one of our learning and action networks. Together our quality improvement work with local healthcare providers contributes to safer, more effective care for you, your neighbors and loved ones.
