The Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organizations (QIN-QIO) advance the mission of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to improve the quality of health care with initiatives designed to improve health outcomes, health care quality, access and value for Medicare beneficiaries.
Superior Health serves as the QIN-QIO for the Great Lakes Region (Region 4).
As part of this effort, we are working with beneficiaries, communities, nursing homes, hospitals, and clinicians with program focus on four critical clinical areas defined by CMS:
