- Front Line Forces modules may include a single video or several videos.
- Videos can be paused, and the staff member can return to finish.
- The timeline slider moves the video backwards and forwards.
- Most videos are approximately 10-15 minutes long.
- Most of the modules include a Test Your Knowledge quiz. After watching each module, staff click on the link in the Test Your Knowledge section under the corresponding module to take the short quiz.
- The quiz taker is asked to provide basic information including an email address.
- For tracking purposes, it may be helpful to ask staff enter an administrative staff or supervisor email instead of their own email address.
- The email address provided will receive notifications for staff completing the testing, including the score and the questions staff answered incorrectly.
- After completing the quiz, staff click the submit button. A page displays with questions that ask the staff to rate their knowledge before and after taking the quiz and if they would like to be notified of new modules.
- When submit is clicked again, the quiz score and a list of questions answered incorrectly displays along with the correct answer. This is the only time questions they answered incorrectly will be available.
- It may be helpful to have the staff print this page to review with their supervisor or education director.
- A score of 80% or better indicates understanding of the module content. If this is not achieved, it is recommended the staff watch the video again or seek additional training from their supervisor or education director.
- An email indicating completion of the quiz will be sent to the email provided. This email includes the name of the video, and score received. Sometimes this email is caught in spam filters, please check junk or spam filter folders if the email is not received.
- Please note: Superior Health Quality Alliance does not offer continuing education credits for completion.
- An organization may choose to integrate select Front Line Forces modules into their Learning Management System (LMS) for staff convenience. It is recommended that you work directly with your LMS provider to complete this.
