Learn about updates and changes made to the 2010 Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) Coding and Reimbursement Guide and have your specific questions answered by Jen Cohrs, Coding Consultant. The billing guide discusses billing codes for Medicare, Private Insurance, and Wisconsin Medicaid.

Audience

  • Providers, nurses and staff in physician offices reporting to the Quality Payment Program. Stakeholders working with the QPP may also be interested.
  • Primary care practice staff, inpatient psychiatric facility staff, quality professionals, and others interested in learning how to better manage persons with mental illness.

Objectives

  • Review updates and changes made to the 2010 SBIRT Coding Manual.
  • Receive detailed answers to your questions about billing for behavioral health screens.
  • Learn from and engage with a behavioral health coding expert.
