Learn from a nursing home team that has been successful in helping residents with complaints of pain and are seeing a reduction in the number of residents reporting moderate to severe pain using quality assurance performance improvement (QAPI) principles. There will be time during the webinar for open discussion on this topic.

Audience

Nursing home staff.

Objectives­

  • Identify two strategies to reduce the number of residents reporting moderate to severe pain.
  • Apply QAPI principles to the implementation of a performance improvement project.
