Speakers

  • Lisa Anetrini, R.N., M.S., BSN, LNHA, Ciena Healthcare
    • Lisa Anetrini has more than 20 years of clinical experience in long-term care and currently serves as the director of clinical services for Ciena Healthcare. She directs the day-to-day clinical operations and monitors the quality of services rendered for Ciena Healthcare. Anetrini is also the nurse planner for HealthCap Risk Management. She is an expert in improving clinical operations and bringing centers into regulatory compliance. Prior to her current role, Anetrini served as a nursing assistant, director of nursing, licensed nursing home administrator and regional clinical director.
      Anetrini is involved with the Health Care Association of Michigan Legal/Regulatory Committee, a member on the Survey/Regulatory and Quality committee with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and a member of the Nurse Executive Council.
  • Trista Piccirilli, R.N., CDP, LNHA, Ciena Healthcare
    • Trista Piccirilli currently serves as the assistant director of Clinical Services at Ciena Healthcare. She first joined Ciena Healthcare more than five years ago as a regional clinical coordinator. Piccirilli has been a registered nurse for more than 10 years and has served the majority of her nursing years in long-term care. Prior to joining Ciena Healthcare, she served as a licensed practical nurse (LPN), director of nursing (DON) and nurse manager.

Continuing Education Credits

Registered Nurses – Wisconsin and Michigan:

MetaStar, Inc. is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

1.0 contact hour will be awarded for successful completion.

Registered Nurses – Minnesota:

This program for 1.2 contact hours has been designed to meet the Minnesota Board of Nursing continuing education requirements. However, the nurse is responsible for determining whether these activities meet the requirements for acceptable continuing education.

Nursing Home Administrators

This educational offering has been submitted for review to the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) for 1.0 contact hour.
