- Lisa Anetrini, R.N., M.S., BSN, LNHA, Ciena Healthcare
- Lisa Anetrini has more than 20 years of clinical experience in long-term care and currently serves as the director of clinical services for Ciena Healthcare. She directs the day-to-day clinical operations and monitors the quality of services rendered for Ciena Healthcare. Anetrini is also the nurse planner for HealthCap Risk Management. She is an expert in improving clinical operations and bringing centers into regulatory compliance. Prior to her current role, Anetrini served as a nursing assistant, director of nursing, licensed nursing home administrator and regional clinical director.
Anetrini is involved with the Health Care Association of Michigan Legal/Regulatory Committee, a member on the Survey/Regulatory and Quality committee with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and a member of the Nurse Executive Council.

- Trista Piccirilli, R.N., CDP, LNHA, Ciena Healthcare
- Trista Piccirilli currently serves as the assistant director of Clinical Services at Ciena Healthcare. She first joined Ciena Healthcare more than five years ago as a regional clinical coordinator. Piccirilli has been a registered nurse for more than 10 years and has served the majority of her nursing years in long-term care. Prior to joining Ciena Healthcare, she served as a licensed practical nurse (LPN), director of nursing (DON) and nurse manager.
