  • Provide an overview of the Michigan Automated Prescribing System (MAPS), including utilizing the system’s updated features effectively and appropriately employing system features in clinical practice.
  • Discuss how integration between prescription drug monitoring systems and electronic medical records occur and what resources are available to facilitate this integration.
  • Describe the impact utilizing MAPS has on the opioid epidemic.
  • Explain the implications of MAPS and opioid legislation on the prescribing community.
