Anne Haddad, MPH. Anne Haddad (Messer) is a clinical quality consultant and works on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Improving Antibiotic Stewardship in the Outpatient Setting and Improving Nursing Home Care initiatives. She has received specialized training in microbiology and hospital epidemiology. Areas of expertise: communicable diseases, infection prevention, and antibiotic resistance.
