Nearly 950 nursing homes in Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin are participating in the National Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative (NNHQCC). They are changing the way they approach quality to improve the care and life of nursing home residents. In this webinar, we will review outcomes of nursing homes in Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin participating in this collaborative and hear about events that are being planned to support these homes in their Quality Assurance Quality Improvement (QAPI) efforts. In addition, nursing home teams who have had great success in improving their quality measures will share successful strategies.

Audience

Staff of nursing homes participating in the NNHQCC and staff of nursing homes who are considering joining the collaborative.

Objectives
